Studio Lounge Rental Instructions

Hello, 

We are excited to host your party inside our studio and bridal lounge. Here are a few instructions for the day. Note: to access the side entry gate, press 1&5 simultaneously, then 2. Use code 1222 to access the side Brite Beauty door. You may park anywhere there is open parking but not under the awnings as those are reserved.

Downstairs

The studio is located downstairs where your services will be provided by our Brite Makers. Silk robes, which can be worn during services, are located in the bathroom downstairs. 

Lounge and Kitchen
The seating lounge and kitchen is located upstairs. 

The kitchen is stocked and the guests may store food and beverages inside the refrigerator. You are welcome to use the coffee pot too; please clean up after yourselves. We have a few coffee pods for your convenience and you are welcome to bring your own. There are sparkling waters in the fridge both upstairs and downstairs. Guests are welcome to a beverage each for the day. 

Please clean up any spills. There are extra kitchen towels inside the far left drawer. Please notify staff immediately if a spill occurs on furniture. (Spray in wash is located in the laundry and we ask that you treat the spot.)  

You are welcome to the tv - we have an apple tv so turn on and login using your apple login. From there you can access streaming apps. Remotes are under the tv in the wall console. 

Upstairs Bedroom and Bath

The bedroom closet and the hall closet may be used for hanging clothes. The bathroom is available for use as well. The iron and steamer are located in the laundry closet, adjacent to the bathroom. 

AMENITIES

Food and Beverages

Please take or dispose of any food and drinks placed in the refrigerator.

Trash

There are trash bags under the kitchen sink. Take all full bags downstairs and place them in the garage near the back, close to the garage lift.

Countertops 

Wipe down countertops and dispose of any food or paper goods.

CLEAN UP

Please turn off all lights, take trash to the garage, and exit through the side door. Leave the garage entry door unlocked but the garage closed. The artists will lock the front door when they leave. The last person to leave the side door, please press lock.
