Applicants must have a fully stocked, working kit with industry-standard products. This is essential to meeting our expectations and providing the high-quality experience our clients trust us for. You must also be able to travel and confidently work with multiple clients while collaborating to create beautiful, cohesive looks.

We carefully vet every artist who joins our team. Our hiring process includes a rigorous audition, where you will be required to provide a model and demonstrate your ability to execute a look that aligns with our standards.

Please note, there is a non-refundable $30 audition fee, which covers the time and evaluation involved in the process.

For newer hair and makeup artists—specifically those with 1–2 years of experience who have not yet worked with a bridal team—there is an expectation to assist on a minimum of two weddings before being placed on location independently with Brite Beauty. These assisting opportunities are volunteer-based and unpaid, and are designed to help you learn our standards, workflow, and client experience expectations.
